Dina ElAdly is the Founder & CEO of Atlantica Management, with nearly a decade of experience in business strategy, marketing leadership, product management, and organizational development. She has helped startups, SMEs, and growing businesses build scalable companies, sustainable brands, and market-ready products across diverse industries.
Beginning her leadership journey in 2019, Dina has led business development, marketing, product, operations, and innovation functions, overseeing the development of seven technology products and advising organizations on growth strategy, market expansion, and business transformation.
Marketing has been a defining pillar of her career. Combining strategic thinking with creative direction, Dina develops brands that are commercially strong, culturally relevant, and built for long-term growth. She believes the most impactful brands are created where business strategy meets bold creativity, blending analytical insight with original concepts that resonate with people.
As a global nomad, Dina brings a cross-cultural perspective to her work, drawing inspiration from diverse markets, communities, and ways of thinking. Her experiences have shaped a deep understanding of what builds culture within organizations, brands, and the communities they serve, and how cultural relevance becomes a lasting competitive advantage.
A Certified International Trainer through Oxford City College, Dina has trained professionals across startups, NGOs, SMEs, and multinational organizations. Her work in designing scalable business models has supported successful fundraising efforts and established her as a trusted advisor within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
